The Bentleyville Garage was built to hold and maintain the equipment that Bentleyville uses throughout the year. The garage consists of a four door facility holding all related equipment for Village Services.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT COLLECTION SCHEDULE

The Service Department will pick up the following items at your home. We ask that you do not drop items off at the Village Hall or service garage. Please call 440-247-5055 extension 11 and leave your name and phone number along with your request. Someone from the Service Department will return your call.
COMPUTER ROUND-UP
Year Round
This service is available throughout the entire year. Residents are encouraged to turn in old CPU’s, monitors, keyboards, software and cell phones. We ask that you do not drop off items at the Village Hall or Service Department. Please call the service department .
HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE
Year Round
*** 2024- Last day to drop off oil based paint, stain etc., for 2024 is SEPT 6, 2024. Will resume January 2025. Residents can request a pick up of old oil based paint, primer, stain, etc. Latex paint will not be picked up. Residents can dry out their latex paint and dispose of it with their regular trash.
No Latex Paint- must be dried out place in regular trash
BRANCH PICK-UP PROGRAM
May 15th thru October 1st– NO GRASS CLIPPINGS-BRANCHES (Can not put through leaf machine)
Please place piles of branches at the curb with the base of all branches facing in one direction.
Branches should be 5′ or less in length and no heavier than one person can lift.
- The branch pickup program is designed for small to medium residential projects. Should your project be of a larger scope to include the removal of whole trees or multiple large bushes/shrubbery, please make alternate arrangements with your landscaper or tree service to remove the debris from your property.
SCRAP TIRE COLLECTION
May 1st thru Sept 20th.
Residents can request a pick up of scrap tires.
CHEMICAL OR PESTICIDE PICK-UP
