Notice from the Mayor:
Work on the Solon Road brige will be carried out by Vandra Brothers Construction Co., to carry out scheduled maintenance on the concrete surface of Solon Road on that bridge. Work is expected to take approximately 2 weeks beginning July 9th. Traffic will continue on the bridge in both directions, with alternating traffic on the side not being repaired at the time, controlled by an automatic signal.

In September 1998, The Garden Club of Bentleyville held a bulb planting party. All were invited to help the garden club plant hundreds of bulbs at what is now known as “Daffodil Hill”. Every April, the garden at the corner of Chagrin River Road and Solon Road is ablaze with daffodils thanks to the work and continuing support of The Garden Club of Bentleyville.
Thank you for creating this splendid Bentleyville landmark.
