   Meeting Minutes

Meeting Called to Order at 7:00PM

Accounts Payable
The accounts payable listing was reviewed and approved for payment.  Several questions were presented and satisfactory answers were provided by the fiscal officer.

Review of February Financial Statements

The Financial Statement review indicates that revenues were significantly less than last year.  The actual results cannot be compared to the 2012 budget since the budget has not been passed.  The Village is currently operating under temporary appropriations.

Other Items
Discussion of the 2012 budget and the requirement to pass at the council meeting on Wednesday.
Discussion of the pros and cons of discussing each item on the payable list at the Finance meeting. 
Discussion of more futuristic planning and looking at the big picture going forward. 
Discussion of the various contracts that need to be confirmed and passed at the council meeting.
Discussion of the transfer of the lot we own to Chagrin River Run and the associated deed restrictions.
